4. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on MyPuffin, including photos, messages, and profile information. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share all content you post.

You agree not to post content or engage in conduct that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights
Contains false or misleading information
Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harassment
Is sexually explicit or pornographic
Solicits passwords or personal information from other users

5. Matching Algorithm

MyPuffin uses a proprietary matching algorithm based on behavioral science and compatibility research. While we strive to provide quality matches, we do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner through our Service. The success of any relationship depends on many factors beyond our control.

6. Subscription and Payment

MyPuffin offers both free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

7. Termination

MyPuffin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MYPUFFIN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

MyPuffin does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We make no representations or warranties regarding the conduct of users or their compatibility with you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYPUFFIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Changes to Terms

MyPuffin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
